Debt recovery matters require efficient and cost effective systems. For these types of matters we minimise the involvement of senior lawyers, however the work of less senior lawyers is continually supervised. Supervision is our obligation both to our client and our own organisation and accordingly is not charged for and not quoted for in this proposal. Where it is necessary for senior lawyers to work directly on debt recovery matters, such work will be charged at the rate set out.
