Prior to joining Owen Hodge Lawyers in 1998, Ann worked exclusively in Personal Litigation for two large city firms. Ann was an associate to a major suburban firm working not only in the area of personal litigation but commercial and employment law as well. Ann is dedicated to providing her clients with quality legal advice and obtaining for them the best result available within the law. In 1996 Ann became an accredited specialist in personal injury litigation and in 2001 became a senior associate of Owen Hodge Lawyers. Since 2003, Ann has become a Special Counsel.
The Legal Profession Regulations 2005, NSW prohibits us from providing any kind of information related to personal injury law; therefore, Owen Hodge Lawyers is unable to provide any specific information regarding Ann's expertise within this field. On the other hand, Ann has also focused on all other employment issues for employees in relation to employment contracts and consultancy agreements, anti-discrimination, restraint of trade and other industrial disputes and Trade Practices issues.
Ann's extensive knowledge of both personal litigation and employment law and her organisational ability ensure that she provides a quality service to her clients which fully meets their needs and expectations. In addition to speaking English, Ann is also fluent in Vietnamese and Cantonese.
