Kimberley Garth is a solicitor at Owen Hodge Lawyers who specialises in commercial law. Prior to Kimberley’s commencement at Owen Hodge Lawyers in 2013, Kimberley spent four years working in the area of property transactions and completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Kimberley has advised in insolvency matters to a liquidator and has conduct of reasonably large commercial disputes in the Supreme Court. Both clients and other legal professionals have expressed high praise for the quality of Kimberley’s work, drafting skills and insightful suggestions as to conduct in these matters.

Kimberley’s true passion lies in commercial property and transactions. She is able to advise in land and environment and building and construction disputes.

Looking forward, Kimberley hopes to build on her experience and keen interest in the area of property development law. Kimberley is passionate about providing individuals and companies with assistance from end-to-end of the development process. This ranges from the initial development phase through to the planning and construction stages. Kimberley already has ample experience working on development applications.
