Chris Plummer has been admitted as a Lawyer for over 40 years. He was a partner with Walker Kissane & Plummer from 1978 until the firm merged with Owen Hodge Lawyers in 2016.
Chris originally practiced in litigation including Industrial Law, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation claims. He has been accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a Business Law Specialist for more than 20 years. His qualifications as a registered Tax Agent and Chartered Tax Adviser have enabled him to provide practical and expert advice to his clients in all spheres of Business Law.
Chris is experienced in Estate Planning which is an important adjunct to his role as a Business Law Specialist. He also advises clients on how to avoid potential disputes and, if they arise, how they may be resolved without recourse to litigation. In more recent years Chris has developed expertise in Strata Title law and provides Owners’ Corporations and individual owners with timely and expert advice in relation to a range of Strata Title issues.
Chris joins us as a Consultant where his skill set will compliment and expand the range of services available to our clients.
