Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Masters of Law from UNSW. She also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009.
Pamela assists clients with employer-sponsored visas including TSS visas, 186 visas and 400 visas, partner visas, prospective marriage visas, temporary graduate visas, 189/190 visas, working holiday visas and citizenship applications. She advises on visa eligibility, temporary and permanent visa options and visa strategy, sponsor obligations, compliance and risk management in the visa context.
Pamela specialises in corporate-sponsored visas and has acted for multi-nationals, ASX-listed companies, along with small to medium-sized enterprises. She has acted for corporate clients in a range of industries including IT, professional services, pre-primary and tertiary education, industrial products, fashion retail, FMCG, advertising & marketing and tourism & hospitality, along with acting for individuals.
Prior to joining Owen Hodge Lawyers, Pamela worked at a Big 4 management consulting firm and acted for global corporate clients, including formulating visa strategy and advising senior executives planning on relocating to Australia with their families. Aside from immigration law, Pamela has also practised in public liability, workers compensation and commercial law and has acted for various self-insurers, insurers, ASX-listed and private companies. Pamela is a member of the Law Society of NSW and the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA)
