Tracey Dwyer is a dedicated Wills & Estates Solicitor with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Beginning her career as a junior secretary, Tracey completed a short conveyancing course with the Law Society and a Certificate V in Business (Legal Services). After gaining two years of practical experience, she qualified for admission to study a Bachelor of Laws. She now holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a major in Wills & Estates—her second Master’s degree.

Over the course of her career, Tracey has gained valuable experience across various firms, developing strong management, organisational, and technology skills. Her journey has given her unique insight into both support and professional roles, shaping her practical and client-focused approach.

Tracey specialises in all areas of estate planning and is passionate about educating clients on the importance of comprehensive planning. Her expertise includes drafting complex wills with testamentary and special disability trusts, advising on aged care and retirement village agreements, and administering deceased estates. She also has experience in family provision claims and property law.
