We provide a written estimate of conveyancing costs* of all fees, expenses and government charges that will apply to your matter so that you can budget for these expenses.
 
We review the contract for sale and request any necessary amendments; we then advise you on the contract and arrange for you to sign it. We can if you wish arrange pest, building and other inspection reports that you may require and perform the necessary government searches.
 
Once contracts have been exchanged, we attend to stamping of the contracts and advise you on the terms of your mortgage.
 
Settlement usually takes place six weeks after exchange of contracts. Once settlement has been completed, we provide you with a full report and arrange for you to collect your keys.
